Mind-blowing customer service! The staff were super friendly, especially Irina who went above and beyond to help me with some issues. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway station, with quiet and spacious rooms and a nice view. The luggage storage and taxi-calling service after check-out were excellent. The hotel even provided a yogurt in the room. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen. 120% recommend!

The value for money was excellent and the room was top-notch, with comfy beds and a great view from the 26th floor. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of dining options. The staff treated us with kindness and even upgraded our room for free.

One thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is to provide clearer instructions on how to cook the food at the dinner service.

The location of the hotel is great.near the market and near subway entrance.there is internet for free in the room.the room is clean with lcd screen,and there is small shopping mall inside the hotel.

The hotel has a nice lobby, with a cafeteria.however,if need to have a rest in the lobby, the only place to sit in the lobby is the cafeteria and you are oblige to order a drink.otherwise,there is no single chair to have few moments of rest.the breakfast is ok,with both western and chinese food.the breakfast time is from 6.3 to 10.3 am.as I had my breakfast ,during the 2 days stay,around 9.30 am,most of the foods were already finished.last,it seems there is a small military compound next to the hotel, all day long,you can hear from your room the voices of the military training exercises.

The rooms at Grand Skylight Hotel Shenzhen are seriously spacious, like, I'm talking plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Plus, the free WiFi means I could stay connected and post all my travel selfies. And guess what? They even had ironing facilities, so I looked fresh as a daisy every day. It's a dream come true for a light sleeper like me!

I personally found the garden views a bit meh. But hey, that's just my two cents.

Chose this hotel for a business conference as it provided convenient Metro access to key locations. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful.

The view from the window was fantastic! We could see the entire city skyline including some landmarks. The location was great, close to all the popular restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices to choose from.

The room was small and not very clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep at night.
